The veggie buckets on the back balcony are showing some green shoots. Kohl-rabi and lettuces we bought as seedlings are in need of thinning out…

Hehe… Thanks for the kind comments. The idea is to learn as much as I can about growing things, in the hope that if/when we move somewhere more rural I can be ready to plant more extensively. As we didn’t have any planters I found how to make these on YouTube. I was concerned they would turn to mush but they seem to be holding up well…
I hear you on the lack of balcony Nico, moving here was a real step forward in this as we had nothing but a front step before.
