My metabolism is finally getting used to being in Japan after a brief stretch of time when it was privately tuned in to the official time in Kazakhstan. Mind you, there may be a cure for that judging by the dignified older Japanese gentleman on the plane who spent the first few hours of the flight consuming alcohol in many and varied forms before wobbling to the loo then and collapsing across three seats until breakfast. Afterwards he strolled off the plane* apparently refreshed and ready for the day.

Is this a secret cure for jet lag?
